Which files work?
Both CSV files need SKU, product name, price and stock. The mapped column names must exist in both files; column order may differ. Each file supports up to 2 MB, 5,000 data rows and 100 columns. XLSX and PDF files are not supported directly: export them to CSV first.
How to start
Select the current file as the source and the old file as the “Previous supplier list”. Choose delimiter, encoding and number format, then map the four fields. Both files must use the same formats. Click “Validate data”. “Try list comparison” loads a complete example without your own files.
What do the results mean?
“New in list” means the SKU appears only in the current file. “Missing from new list” means it appears only in the previous file. Matching SKUs are checked for changes in price, stock and name. Price increases and decreases below 20% are included; the import check also flags changes of 20% or more. Price and stock counters can include the same products.
Missing products are not deletion instructions
A missing SKU can result from a filtered export, a changed identifier or an incomplete supplier file. It does not prove that the product has been discontinued. Antarika deletes nothing and does not set store stock to zero. Check with your supplier. A present row with stock zero is also different from a missing SKU.
When is a price comparison meaningful?
Use the same currency, pricing unit and tax basis, such as net price per item. Antarika cannot verify these assumptions. Difference equals current price minus previous price; percentage change equals difference divided by previous price times 100. Percentage is left undefined for a previous price of zero. A price change does not establish margin or purchasing impact.
Review and download
The preview shows up to 200 rows for the selected filter. The comparison CSV includes every product in both lists, including unchanged and missing products. It is a review report, not a WooCommerce import file. Leading zeros remain in the CSV; import SKUs as text in spreadsheets. Formula-like text fields are neutralized.
What happens when data is invalid?
Duplicate SKUs, invalid prices or other errors in the current file block the complete change list, so broken rows are not presented as disappeared products. Errors in the previous list must also be fixed. The error CSV helps inspect problematic fields; it is not a lossless copy of every original column.
What about WooCommerce export?
The separate WooCommerce export is still for new, simple products as drafts. Use the intended selling prices for that export. Purchase costs are not converted into selling prices. Comparison neither updates existing store products nor checks identifiers against your store.
A reproducible example
Both downloads contain four products. Expect one new product, one missing product, one price increase, one decrease and one unchanged product. Matching uses SKU, not row number.
