Website and hosting
This website runs on a server hosted by netcup GmbH, Emmy-Noether-Straße 10, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany. Requests involve processing your IP address, time, requested address and technical connection data to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in reliable and secure operation. The web server does not keep routine logs of every page request. Technical operating and error messages may contain connection data. These website logs are automatically removed within eight days. The website cannot be delivered without the necessary connection data.
Your CSV files
The application processes selected CSV files, filenames, validation results and exports only in your browser’s memory. They are not transmitted to our server. Closing or reloading the page discards the working session. Files you download stay on your device until you delete them. We receive neither their contents nor notifications of successful exports.
Language, local storage and external content
Automatic language selection uses your browser languages, not IP-based location. When you use the language selector, only your choice is saved in local browser storage under lieferdaten-language. It remains until changed or until you clear the website data, and is not sent to us. Storage provides the language setting you requested (section 25(2)(2) of the German TDDDG). There are no user accounts, tracking cookies, advertising scripts, analytics tools or externally loaded fonts. External links are opened only when you click them; the destination provider’s notices then apply.
Email contact
If you contact us, we process your email address, message and submitted information to answer your request. Contract-related requests rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other requests rely on our legitimate interest in answering correspondence under Article 6(1)(f). Please do not send CSV files that are unnecessary for your request. The contact address uses Google Gmail, so Google also processes messages; processing outside the EU may occur. See the linked Google privacy notice for recipients and international transfers. Correspondence is deleted when the request is resolved and the messages are no longer needed to perform a contract, establish or defend claims, or meet a legal retention obligation. Contacting us is voluntary.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Contact the controller above to exercise these rights. You can also complain to a data protection authority, in particular the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
