Create import file
For new, simple products. Selling prices and stock quantities are retained. You start the store import yourself afterwards.
About this export profile
This profile sets the product status to draft. Existing products need a separate export profile. Prices must match the store’s tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive price setting.
For new, simple products
Up to 5,000 rows and 2 MB. No store access, variations, images or categories. Existing store products are not checked.
Download CSV templateSupplier-list template: UTF-8, semicolon, decimal point. Validate it here, then export the WooCommerce file.
Before importing: common questions
What does comparing a previous supplier list do?
With matching columns, Lieferdaten matches products by SKU. Price changes of 20% or more produce a review warning. The comparison changes no store data and does not calculate purchase costs, margins or taxes.
Does the export publish products in my store?
No. You download a CSV and import it yourself. It contains Type=simple and Published=-1 for new simple products as drafts. Test a few products in a staging store first.
Can I update existing products with this export?
This export profile is for new products. Lieferdaten cannot access your store or check existing SKUs. Updates need a suitable WooCommerce importer workflow; do not use this draft export for them.
